We have a 15-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mykeypremium.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it.

 

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get the item you desire is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Upon approval, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
