2021 Hyundai Kona Night
Shipping took a little longer that expected but with everything going on I get it. But once I received it I literally had it installed in my daughters car in less than 15 minutes. This place will be my go to for remote starters if they are all that easy!
Installation was as expected although I have a "Canadian" car and the anti-tamper bar was installed. Once the glove box was removed it was fairly simple to remove the smart key module to access the anti-tamper bar. There was enough of a shoulder on the tamper proof bolts that attach the bar to the module's framework to remove them with a small set of vice grips. Once the bar was removed the hardest thing to do was find a good location for the "MyKey" module....ended up tucking it underneath the center console. So far it works great!!
Mine doesn't start with remote unless I have direct line of sight within thirty feet. It also only goes to the last setting on the A/C. It needs an App that gives you more options. I was only paying ten bucks a month for BlueLink. I could've kept that for three years and had much better abilities and service. If I could return it I would. $339 is too much for this product.
